Every apartment is fully furnished and equipped, from comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen to high-speed Wi-Fi and all utilities. Everything is ready the moment you arrive, so you can settle in from day one.

Of course. If you’d like to stay longer, just let us know as early as you can and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00.
We like to be as flexible as possible, though it depends on whether there’s a booking right before yours. We can usually confirm two days before your arrival.
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, with a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are charged the full amount of the booking. Once your stay has begun you may shorten it: give us at least 14 days’ notice before the new departure date and we refund the nights not used from that date.
Water, electricity, gas, heating and internet are included, up to the monthly limit shown on each apartment’s page, either €150 or €250 depending on the apartment. If consumption exceeds that figure, the difference is settled from the deposit at the end of your stay, and we show you the readings.
Yes. Every home is tastefully furnished and most include a proper workspace, desk, ergonomic chair, so you can work comfortably without missing a beat.
Yes, one pet per apartment is welcome. A one-time fee of €200 applies for the stay. There is no additional pet deposit: the deposit already held for your apartment covers any damage.
