The apartment

In the heart of the Tetuán district lies this bright, 67 m² apartment—an ideal choice for those seeking comfort and tranquility in one of Madrid’s most pleasant areas. Located right next to a park, it offers a green, serene setting perfect for taking a stroll, exercising, or simply enjoying the outdoors, all while remaining close to the vibrant pulse of city life.

The apartment features a cozy living room equipped with a Smart TV, designed for relaxation and entertainment. There are two bedrooms: one with a single bed—practical and functional—and another with a double bed, which includes a private walk-in closet, adding a touch of exclusivity and extra space for organizing clothing and accessories.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs and connects to a dining area, creating a warm, inviting space to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Additionally, the apartment includes two modern bathrooms, both with showers, ensuring comfort and privacy for all residents.

The layout is designed to make the most of every square meter, striking a perfect balance between functionality and style. The peacefulness of the neighborhood, combined with easy access to local services, shops, and public transport, makes this apartment an excellent choice for families and professionals alike—offering a well-connected yet relaxed place to stay.

Important notice: Renovation work is currently underway in the adjacent building. Work takes place Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM and is scheduled to continue until the beginning of 2027. You may hear noise from the construction during these hours. We are sharing this information with full transparency so you can take it into account before booking. We appreciate your understanding.

What to know before booking

Arrival is from 15:00 and departure before 11:00. Arrival or departure between 21:00 and 09:00 can be arranged in advance. There is a €25 supplement, paid in cash on arrival, which goes in full to the person who comes out to meet you.

We welcome you with a complimentary set of essentials. If you would like them replenished during your stay, get in touch and we will arrange it at cost.

Cleaning during your stay is available whenever you want it: €60 for a two-hour visit, or €80 including fresh bed linen and towels.

Pets are welcome in many of our apartments. Tell us which apartment you have in mind and we will confirm. There is an additional cleaning charge of €200.

These are homes in residential buildings, so we ask that evenings stay quiet after 22:00. Having friends over is never a problem. If you are planning something larger, write to us at [email protected]. Depending on the apartment and its building, it is often possible, with an additional deposit.

Your card holds a deposit, between €250 and €1,000 depending on the apartment, and you see the amount before you pay. Nothing is charged and nothing leaves your account. It is released at the end of your stay. Should there ever be damage, we would speak to you first, with the detail in front of us.

Water, electricity and heating are included, up to €150 a month in studios and one-bedroom apartments and up to €250 a month in apartments of two bedrooms or more. If a month goes beyond that, the difference is settled from the deposit at the end of your stay and we show you the readings.

As this is a residential stay rather than a tourist one, we will ask you before arrival about the purpose of your stay and for a document supporting it. We will write to you with exactly what is needed, and someone will be there to sign the agreement with you when you arrive.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, with a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are charged the full amount of the booking.

Once your stay has begun, you may shorten it. Give us at least 14 days’ notice before the new departure date and we refund the nights not used from that date.

If an apartment were unavailable for reasons beyond your control, you may choose between an equivalent apartment or a full refund.
